Since the opening conference of the CLT01024 project, the public procurement process for the construction contractor has been implemented. After the control of the managing authorities, the city was able to sign a contract with the winning company Tomáš Pohori. The handover and takeover of the construction site was called on 1.4.2022.
After the building was inspected by the contractor, static defects were found that should be documented and secured before the start of the reconstruction work. On Wednesday, April 6, 2022, the contractor officially took over the
construction site from the city.
After the necessary static securing of the structural elements of the building, the contractor will start the work. The duration of the reconstruction works is 400 days.
The roof structure of the building will be restored from the EEA Grant and the north-eastern wing of the manor house will be reconstructed from the Interreg V-A SK-HU program.
